From Ukraine are leaving the specialists in the chemical industry, who had retired from the factories because of their regular idle. About it in interview to «the Ukrainian news» said the head of the Union of chemists of Ukraine Oleksiy Golubov, transfers the edition «Politnavigator».
According to Golubov, the country is active «bounty hunters» from other countries: they lured Ukrainian professionals abroad. In conversation with the Director of the Cherkasy chemical plant «Azot», he learned that the company retired more than 200 people. From the Odessa portside plant people go very rare specialties, in Gorlovka «Styrene» is a terrible brain drain, he added.
The head of the Union of chemists of Ukraine explained that immediately in Odessa, has opened two companies – Polish and Algerian – and recruit people. For example, in Algeria the salary is from 2 to 2,5 thousand dollars, plus 300 dollars is allocated to accommodation and meals, he said. According to him, the workers have a family to feed, so they go.
Personnel capacity dries up, and all the highly qualified specialists went to Russia, to Poland, said Golubov. Ukrainian enterprises simply can not start, even if they give a command. For example, a very rare profession – the plant operator ammonia – requires seven years of training, he said and added that such experts is getting smaller.
