Ukraine has threatened to ban trains and buses in Russia

The head of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine Volodymyr Omelian announced the need to stop the train and bus service to Russia. This is reported by Ukrainian News.

«We don’t want to go to Russia… At the moment there are trains that go to Moscow, and I hope that «Ukrzaliznytsia» will reconsider its policy,» the Minister said.

In October 2015 has already banned flights between Ukraine and Russia. Thus, according to the state border service, over the past year, Ukrainians have become increasingly travel to Russia — from the beginning of 2017 the border with Russia was crossed by more than 5.7 million people (for the entire 2016 — 4.1 million).

According to Ukrainian experts, such decision of the authorities affected primarily Ukrainians themselves. «Passenger traffic in Russia is, and he’s not going anywhere.
