U.S. Secretary of state and the head of the Chinese foreign Ministry discussed the provocations of the DPRK

U.S. Secretary of state John Kerry and foreign Minister Wang Yi in a telephone conversation discussed the recent missile tests conducted by the authorities of the DPRK, as well as obligations that must be carried out in accordance with the 2270 resolution of the UN Security Council.

In addition, Kerry and Wang discussed the upcoming visit of American leader Barack Obama in Hangzhou (China), where in September will take place the summit «the Big twenty».

Earlier the South Korean government stated that on 3 August, North Korea launched the ballistic missiles towards the sea of Japan. The Pentagon reported that North Korean soldiers fired two ballistic missiles, «Rodong», one of which exploded and the second went off near a Japanese Peninsula OGA (Akita Prefecture).
