Titov asked Putin for fugitive businessmen

Commissioner for the rights of entrepreneurs in Russia, Boris Titov is ready to provide to Vladimir Putin a list of Russian businessmen living in London and not only hiding from Russian justice, but also from Interpol. All entrepreneurs, in question ready to go back to Russia and repair the damage. Titov intends to petition the President for these people.

«We have set up a public Ombudsman to protect the rights of entrepreneurs, that is associated with the investigation and prosecution. And today I want to start a dialogue with the authorities», — said Titov in interview to Agency «RIA Novosti».

The Agency has listed the most likely candidates for being included in the list of well-known businessmen hiding in the UK, against whom in Russia prosecuted. Among them were: the former owner of Euroset Evgeny Chichvarkin, the former head of Bank of Moscow Andrey Borodin, former President of the NGO «Cosmos» Andrei Chernyakov, the founder of Mezhprombank Sergey Pugachev, the General Director of «VimpelCom» Mikhail Slobodin, the former owner Incredibale and STB Bank, German Gorbuntsov.
