A group of American nutritionists have found out what product regulates the level of sugar in the blood. According to the research, it is egg protein, which not only has a positive effect on the sugar content in the blood, but also stimulates brain activity and strengthens the muscles.
The specialists from the United States was tasked to examine what useful properties of egg white. During the experiments, scientists came to the conclusion that this dietary product controls the blood sugar levels and not affect insulin unlike sweet food.
According to nutritionists, egg protein must be present in the diet of modern humans. However protein intake in excess is not recommended.
