Russia intends to file a lawsuit against the United States in connection with closing of the Russian Consulate General in San Francisco and two sales offices. This was stated by Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, according to Kommersant.
Earlier Ryabkov held talks in Helsinki with his us counterpart Thomas Shannon. According to the Russian diplomat, progress in the subject Dipartimento no.
