The Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine announced Saakashvili wanted on three counts

Today, 6 December, it became known that the Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine is investigating the case, with regards to the former Governor of the Odessa region, ex-President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili under three articles of the Criminal code. This information was announced by Larissa Gar, press Secretary of the Prosecutor General.

At the moment we know that Saakashvili declared wanted in articles 15, 28 and 256 of the criminal code of Ukraine. The operation involved the operational unit of the National police and the security Service of the country. Reported by Larisa Sargan on the personal page in social network Twitter.

It will be recalled that on Tuesday, December 5, SBU together with employees of the Prosecutor General detained the leader of the «Movement new forces,» Saakashvili aiding a criminal organization. But the protesters, supporters policy blocked the car of the security services. To Saakashvili’s supporters managed to rescue him out of the SBU. Then the politician went to the protest, which took place at the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which demanded the immediate resignation of President Petro Poroshenko.
