The President of Poland complained to the country’s Supreme court

The Supreme court of Poland has received a complaint against the country’s President Andrzej Duda. Now the judges will determine whether there has been Polish leader the right to pardon the four officers anti-corruption Bureau in the country, including the current Minister of Mariusz Kaminski, RIA «Novosti».

It is reported that the cassation to the Supreme court of Poland has filed four persons, having the status of prosecutors.

In March 2015, Kaminski received three years in prison for abuse of authority at the head of the anti-corruption Bureau.

In November the President pardoned the official before the sentence comes into force. This became a precedent, since previously the prerogative of mercy, the President applied only to those whose sentence has already entered into force.
