The Moscow city court commuted the sentence of former Director of the Federal penitentiary service Alexander Reimer, removing the penalty of 800 thousand rubles. In June, the Zamoskvoretsky court sentenced the former head of the Federal penitentiary service for eight years in a penal colony for fraud with electronic bracelets to 1.3 billion rubles.

The Moscow city court has softened a sentence to the former Director of the Federal service of execution of punishments (FSIN) Alexander Reimer, removing the penalty of 800 thousand rubles. About it reports TASS.

«The decision of the court of first instance in relation to Reimer to amend, cancel the amount of the fine in the amount of 800 thousand rubles. The rest of the sentence to leave without change,» said the judge. Protection insisted on the full justification.

14 Jun Zamoskvoretsky court sentenced Reimer to eight years of penal colony with a fine in the amount of 800 thousand rubles for fraud with electronic bracelets to 1.3 billion rubles. The court also deprived of his rank of Colonel-General of internal service and awards.
