The former owner of «Cherkizon» charged with murder

Telman Ismailov — the former owner of the Cherkizovsky market – was charged in absentia with murder.

Russia’s investigative Committee has chosen the businessman the measure of restraint in form of detention, reports the press service of the Ministry.

Ismailov is charged with organizing a double murder in may 2016 on the Novorizhskoye highway, Moscow region — the owner of the shopping complexes Vladimir Savkin and founder «Lublin motors» Yury bryleva.

It is noted that the plan of the murder, he has developed together with his brothers, Rafiq and Vagif Ismailovym. The perpetrator of the crime was made by Mehman Kerimov.

Since currently, the former owner of «Cherkizon» is outside of Russia, the materials for its announcement in the international search is directed to the Prosecutor General.

Recall that the first business of Telman Ismailov in Moscow in 1987 he was the co-op «Commercial charity». Developing it, Ismailov met with the then Chairman of the Moscow city Commission on cooperative activities Yuri Luzhkov.

In 1989 he created the first of the group of companies «AST», which actually belonged to the Cherkizovsky market in Moscow.

In addition, Ismailov belonged to a respectable hotel Mardan Palace in Turkey. The building of the businessman spent more than a billion dollars. At the opening of the hotel came many Russian and foreign stars of cinema and show-business, as the ribbon was cut by Yuri Luzhkov.

In December 2015 Ismailov was declared bankrupt by the decision of Arbitration court of the Moscow region, becoming the first bankrupt under the new law on bankruptcy of citizens of the Forbes list of participants.
