As reported «Interfax», such decision was accepted in connection with the agreement of all participants on the proceedings in a special manner. The meeting was held behind closed doors.
Previously, the protection of the driver segobriga Vladimir Martynenko and lead engineer for airport service Vladimir Ledeneva asked the court to consider their case in a special manner due to the fact that they fully admitted guilt to violation of safety rules of movement and operation of the vessel air transport. This resulted in the death of two and more persons by negligence.
The four-seater Falcon-30, which was flying from Moscow to Paris hit a snow-removal machine, and then, caught fire and crashed on the runway at the airport «Vnukovo-3». The crash occurred on the night of 21 Oct 2014. The crash killed four people, including the head of the oil group Total Christophe de Margerie.
