The court of Spain abolished the Declaration of the independence of Catalonia

The constitutional court of Spain abolished the Declaration of the independence of Catalonia, reports Reuters.

Also the public Prosecutor of Spain has resumed the prosecution of the Catalan leaders of incitement to separatism. The Supreme court has accepted for consideration the case against the speaker of the Parliament of the autonomy Karma of Forcadell.

Previously, the Catalan Parliament accepted the decision of the Spanish government about its dissolution and stopped the work until early elections on December 21. The Prime Minister of the government, conducted a referendum on independence on 1 October, Carles Pujdeme and five other Ministers left Barcelona and are seeking asylum from prosecution in Belgium.
