TFR filed four more cases in connection with the shelling of Donbass

Russian investigators opened four more criminal cases about the shelling of Donbass Ukrainian servicemen. Motive for the crime is political and ideological hatred experienced by the authorities in Kiev to the people of Donbass.

The investigative Committee of Russia opened four new criminal cases under article «Application of prohibited means and methods of warfare» because of the shelling of the Donbass armed forces of Ukraine, reports TVC.ru.

As stated in the message Department, 13 and may 17, APU opened a sighting artillery fire from heavy weapons at peaceful settlements of Donbass. From the shelling damaged the city Dokuchaevsk, the village of Kominternovo, towns Auburn and Kruta Balka. Killing two civilians, four more were injured.

According to investigators, APU acted intentionally. The motive for the crime is political and ideological hatred experienced by the authorities in Kiev to the people of Donbass. It is associated with the unilateral Declaration of independence of the Republic and a reluctance to accept the current government of Ukraine.

«Currently set all the circumstances of the crimes and persons who gave and executed the illegal orders» — said the official representative of Department Svetlana Petrenko.

TFR has opened a case in connection with the shelling the civilian population of Donbass from March 3 to 10 and from 1 to 5 may.
