We will remind that the Moscow arbitration court considered the claim to the organization’s «assistance» in the case of turbines in the Crimea. The first lawsuit was filed by Siemens, and the author of the second requirement was a joint venture of the German concern and the company «Power machines».
The conflict began in the summer of 2017 in connection with the anti-Russian sanctions. Russia insists that the machines were purchased on the secondary market and after technical revisions received Russian certificates. In turn, the company «Siemens» stated that in the event of a claim the dismantling of the turbines will be expensive and take a lot of time.
