The plane Il-76 EMERCOM of Russia arrived in Norway to assist local rescuers in search of Mi-8 helicopter that went missing in the waters off Spitsbergen. It is reported RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the Central Directorate of EMERCOM of Russia.
As it became known, the task force is directed from Russia to Norway, entered divers-rescuers of the state Central airmobile rescue team «Centrospas» and Center for rescue operations at particular risk «Leader» of EMERCOM of Russia.

Earlier, representatives of the rescue services were informed about the dispatch of emergency workers to participate in the search operation in Norway.
Recall, the Russian Mi-8 helicopter went missing after the crash that he suffered off the coast of Spitsbergen on 26 October. On Board the vehicle were eight people, including three experts from the Institute of the Arctic and Antarctic.
