Putin has allowed the bailiffs to detain debtors alimony

President Vladimir Putin signed a law allowing the bailiffs to arrest defaulters of the alimony. Under current law, the marshals are forced to turn on the matter to the police.

Bailiffs will be able to hold of the persons evading from payment of the alimony. The relevant amendments to the Code of administrative offences were introduced by the President Vladimir Putin, reports TASS.

Under current law, the marshals are forced to turn to the police for help to the debtor came to him. The new law should simplify the work of officers and to reduce the time of recovery of money from debtors.

In 2016, the administrative code was introduced an article imposing administrative liability for non-payment without good reason, alimony for maintenance of children or disabled parents within two months from the date of initiation of Executive production.
