Press Secretary of Roskomnadzor sent under house arrest

The court sentenced the press Secretary of Roskomnadzor Vadim Ampelonskiy a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest. His lawyer has already appealed the chosen measure of restraint. Date of consideration of complaints is still unknown.

Press Secretary of Roscomnadzor Vadim Ampelonskiy sent under house arrest. This was reported «Interfax» with reference to the decision Chertanovskaya court of Moscow.

In addition Ampelonskiy under house arrest sent the head of the legal Department of Rossvyazokhrankultura, Boris Edidin and Advisor to the General Director of FGUP grchts Alexander Merry. They are suspected of fraud.

«Consider the application of the investigative Department for the southern district of the Main investigation Department of the IC of Russia in Moscow on election of a preventive measure Egidio Boris, Vadim Ampelonskiy in the form of detention and Alexander Vasilchikov in the form of house arrest. The court refused satisfaction of the declared petitions on remand in custody in respect of Edidin and Ambalangoda, however, issued a ruling on the election in respect of these persons a preventive measure in the form of house arrest until November 7», — reported a press-the court Secretary Stanislav Yezhov.

Yezhov as reported by the Agency TASS, the lawyer Ampelonskiy has already filed an appeal against the elected him a measure of restraint. «The date of consideration of the complaint will be announced later», — he said.

Press Secretary of Roscomnadzor Vadim Ampelonskiy became the figurant of criminal case about swindle in especially large size. Under investigation are also the head of Roskomnadzor Alexander Merry, and head of the Legal Department of the Ministry Boris Edidin.
