OPCW: while the chemical attack in Syria have used sarin or its equivalent

According to the OPCW, the attack on the Syrian town of Khan shaykhun was used sarin gas or similar substance. This is evidenced by the results of analysis of samples taken from the victims and victims himataki. Further details will appear later, however, the received data are irrefutable.

The organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons (OPCW) published the results of the analysis of samples taken during the autopsy of the bodies of three dead after the attack on the Syrian town of Khan shaykhun. This was reported on the website of the OPCW.

«The results of the analysis indicate that the victims were exposed to sarin or similar substances», — stated in the message. In addition, samples were taken and the people who are receiving treatment in local hospitals. They also confirm the effects of sarin or similar substances.

It is noted that further information on laboratory analyses will follow later, however, the received data are irrefutable.
