The Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on the introduction of paid sites on the Federal highway M-11 Moscow — St.-Petersburg in the Tver and Novgorod regions.
Paid be areas with a 208-kilometer at 258th in the Tver region and 334-km 543 at-St in the Novgorod region. According to the decree, they will need to pay for 93 years until July 7, 2110. To avoid toll roads will be on the road M-10.
Funds received through the collection of tolls, will be directed on financing of works on maintenance and repair of roads.
