Residents of Mariupol remained without hot water: the authorities have disabled it until 15 October, when start of new heating season, reports RT. According to mayor Vadim Boychenko, the city was put in such conditions that the water had to be turned off. There is no other alternative, he said.
Boichenko said that if the events are favourable, Mariupol gets in a program of debt restructuring for five years. As a result, will be billed for all interest and charges.
At present, the enterprise of the city «Mariupolteplomerezha» has a debt of $ 850 million (31.7 million dollars). Over the past year were repaid only part of the debt in the amount of 70 million ($2.6 million).
