Invader Bank in Moscow did not intend to kill anyone

The situation with capture of hostages at the Bank’s office in the centre of Moscow has allowed only closer to the night environment. During negotiations, the man who threatened to blow up the premises of the credit institution, surrendered to law enforcement. This was reported by «TV Center».

Zloumyshlenniki released the hostages gradually. The first was released two employees of the Bank. Then another. Later, the security forces managed to negotiate an exit from the building last occupied. None of them was hurt.

It was later revealed that the object that the attacker had given the bomb was a fake. The identity of the man is established — a bankrupt businessman Aram Petrosyan. The interrogation of the man lasted seven hours. After that he was taken to jail.

In the attack on the Bank branch initiated a criminal case under article «hostage-taking». On Thursday the court will consider the issue of his arrest. As reported in the TFR, the consequence intends to petition to arrest Petrosyan. In addition, on Thursday he will be charged, reported «Interfax» the senior assistant to the head of the Moscow dome RCDS Julia Ivanova.

According to her, during the interrogation the man told that he was not going to kill the hostages, but only wanted their actions to draw attention to the problem of bankruptcy.
