International observers have not yet recorded violations during voting

OSCE observers at the moment, no recorded violations in the Duma elections, said the special coordinator of observers of the OSCE Ilkka Kanerva.

«No, it looks good. It looks functional system. And people pay great attention to all the details», — quotes RIA Novosti Kanerva after visiting the polling station 141 in Moscow, located in the Museum of musical culture im. M. I. Glinka.

On the question of whether there are violations in the whole country, Kanerva said that «it is too early to say.»

Of all the elections in 55 regions of Russia there are 774 observers from 63 countries. As the head of the CEC of the Russian Federation, Ella Pamfilova, observers are working in 55 regions of Russia, «solely on their choice.» «We are not imposing anything, much wanted there and went from the Primorsky territory to the Kaliningrad region», — she noted.

According to her, fears of the Central election Committee about the small number of state observers is not justified, them in the election-2016, more than in the past.

«Our fears that observers will not be enough, not confirmed… If you take the total number of observers in the country, plus members of precinct election commissions with an Advisory vote… has already exceeded the number of observers in past elections,» — said Pamfilova, noting that the later information will be updated.
