Interior Ministry proposes to tighten sanctions against migrants from the Union

The interior Ministry propose to impose monetary penalties for migrants who do not have an employment contract. In addition, foreign nationals plan to ban the work, if in the migration card purpose of entry to Russia will be given a job.

The Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia plans to tighten sanctions against migrants from the Eurasian economic Union by imposing fines for lack of an employment contract. About this newspaper «Izvestia».

For such violations, plans to penalize individuals in the amount from two to five thousand rubles with administrative exclusion for limits of Russia. Officials provide recovery in the amount of from 25 to 50 thousand, and for legal entities – from 250 to 800 thousand or administrative suspension of activity for a period from 14 to 90 days.

In addition, it is proposed a ban on the employment of foreigners and persons without citizenship in case if in the migration card work will not be listed as the purpose of entry into our country. The only exceptions are citizens of Belarus who are exempt from obtaining such a document.
