It became known that in the Legislative Assembly of the Northern capital proposed to toughen penalties for entrepreneurs that hide or distort information about the disposal of waste.
The bill amounted to the Deputy Alexander Teterenko. According to him, the problem is that private entrepreneurs, under current law, to provide the necessary data, but liability for failure to comply with regulations is not provided.
In light of this, the official proposes to introduce penalties for non-delivery or misrepresentation of required information. For officials the penalty will make from 30 to 50 thousand rubles for legal entities — from 250 to 400 thousand.
Alexander Teterenko hopes that the bill will help to reverse the situation and to resolve some of the problems associated with debris in St. Petersburg.
