After consumption of the plants sold in the guise of garlic, six residents of the Khabarovsk suffered severe poisoning, reports Interfax with reference to the consultant of Department of health of the city Tatyana Zakharova.

The representative of Department has explained to the edition that was poisoned six people, four of whom were members of the same family. Acquired in the leaves of garlic was similar to this plant is highly toxic Lily of the valley or hellebore. Receiving poisoning people were hospitalized in a local hospital. Now to their health threatens nothing, they all are on the mend.
