In Bergamo cargo Boeing rolled out into highway after landing at the airport

In the night of Friday, August 5 cargo Boeing 737-400 owned by the German company DHL, after landing at the airport of Orio al Serio (Bergamo, Italy) was unable to stop, struck a fence and rolled on the highway.

In the incident, fortunately, no injuries.

The airport was shut down for 3 hours. About 15 flights from Orio al Serio cancelled and many others were moved to other airports in the region.

According to preliminary data, the reason of emergency landing was adverse weather conditions.
