The identities of the three victims in the crash of a cargo ship «Heroes of the Arsenal» in the Black sea is a Russian citizen and two citizens of Ukraine. At the moment it remains unknown fate of eight sailors. Yesterday was rescued one Ukrainian.

Been identified three victims, whose bodies yesterday, rescuers lifted from the Black sea during the search operation at the crash site of the cargo ship «Heroes of Arsenal», reports TASS citing a source in the emergency services.

They were senior assistant captain, a Russian citizen Andrei Vedernikov and two citizens of Ukraine — sailor Nikolai Ganczewski and minder timer.

At the moment it remains unknown fate of eight crew members. On the eve of a sailor was saved — the engineer Konstantin Chernenko from Ukraine.

The wreck of the cargo ship «Heroes of Arsenal» took place on the night of Wednesday. The vessel followed from the port of Azov, Rostov region in Turkey, on Board were 12 crew members. The cause of the crash is not yet established. It is possible that the disaster could lead to adverse weather conditions at night in the area of the accident was a strong wind and storm, and the age of the vessel, he is about 40 years. The search operation continues.
