Today, June 6, Deputy Chairman of «Gazprom» Alexander Medvedev announced that the company is ready to start negotiations with Ukraine regarding the supply and transit of gas.
The Chairman added that he expects the Ukrainian colleagues in Russia for talks, there is nothing dangerous, especially because in the past they always came to discuss gas supplies in the Russian Federation.
Also, Alexander Medvedev noted that certain gas supplies to Ukraine in any case will remain, others will depend on the conditions on which the parties can negotiate.
Recall that in 2019, «Gazprom» and Ukraine will expire the contract on gas transit. And in the same year will be completed «Nord stream-2». According to the head of the company Alexei Miller, estimated the volume of gas supplies to Ukraine of 15 billion cubic meters of gas.
Ireactor previously wrote about how much it may cost the court with «Gazprom» to Ukraine, according to Groysman.
