Russia has proposed to introduce tax deduction at acquisition of permits in the domestic sanatoriums and resorts. The author of the idea — the Federation Council Committee on social policy. The initiative was discussed at the meeting of the working group of MoH on development of national strategy for the development of sanatorium-resort complex.

As told the newspaper «Izvestia» Senator Igor Fomin, the upper house of Parliament will formally propose deduction in the amount of 120 thousand rubles in the framework of joint work with the government on the document in the coming days. Such a step will contribute significantly to increase domestic tourism market, believe in the Federation Council.

«Already, employers gain not less than 120 thousand of vouchers to their employees at the expense of net profit. The possibility of writing off such costs to the cost, according to our estimates, will double the number purchased by the enterprises of permits,» — said Fomin.

In the framework of the draft law discusses the mechanism of receiving a tax deduction for personal income tax after the independent citizens purchase permits. The adoption of such a tax relief would increase the turnover of the Russian sanatorium-resort market in the 10-15 billion per year, confident in the Scenarios.

Current Russian legislation allows citizens to receive a tax deduction with the cost of treatment. It is no more than 30% of the total cost of the permit.
