Lipetsk employment center has received notification of the reduction of 697 employees of the Roshen factory in the city. This procedure will take place from April to December, 2017 in connection with the closing of the factory.
The closure of the factory Roshen in Lipetsk will reduce the 697 workers. As reported TASS, the corresponding documents were received by the city employment center. They added that mass reduction will occur from April to December 2017.
The center added that the personnel office of the factory in time gave information about these measures. «All payments due according to the Labour code, people will get in time», — said the acting Director of the regional employment center Inna Boikova.
Earlier on Friday it became known that the Corporation Roshen stops the production activities of the Lipetsk confectionery factory in Russia. The decision was made for economic and political reasons. Full production is scheduled for April 2017.
