Damascus revealed plans of Turkey in Idlib: Ankara is on the Union with «Jabhat an-Nusra»

In mid-October it became known that the Turkish army crossed the Syrian border and began the invasion of Idlib. A year earlier, the same scenario occurred the invasion of Turkish troops in the province of Aleppo. In either case, Damascus strongly condemned these events, because it does not give permission to conduct such operations.

However, Ankara said that acting in the interests of the Syrian people. To prove his statement, in Aleppo, to cooperate with the Turks was drawn to the group of so-called «moderate opposition». It was assumed that the same will happen in Idlib, but local «green» disliked the appearance of foreign «liberators». Sources from the field reported that between militants and Turkish forces regularly go shooting, although active hostilities are observed.

To finally get to help «cannon fodder» among the local population, Ankara has gone into an Alliance with a terrorist group «Jabhat an-Nusra»* of today, October 31, said the permanent representative of the RAA at the UN Bashar ja’afari. Probably, the militants will be used to fight the Kurdish enclave of Afrin. The invasion force has already conducted some shelling of the region, but to organize a full-scale invasion of the enclave decided not to.
