Bahrain proposed to exclude Qatar from the Council of the Persian Gulf

Minister of Bahrain requires to suspend the membership of Qatar in the cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (CCASG). This was announced by the Minister of foreign Affairs of Bahrain, Khalid bin Ahmed al-Khalifa on his Twitter page.

According to him, the boycott against the country will last until until Qatar changes its policy.

— We will not attend the summit, where you have to sit with those who are increasingly converging with Iran and calls on its territory of foreign troops, which poses a threat to the security of the Council, he said.
We will remind that political crisis began June 5, when the rupture of diplomatic relations with Qatar have declared Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the UAE. These countries accused Qatar of supporting terrorist organizations.
