Near the building of Verkhovna Rada in Kiev began popular Assembly organized by the ex-Governor of the Odessa region Mikhail Saakashvili. The organizers of the Council noted that law enforcement officers prevent the passage of people to the Parliament. In their opinion, that it is impossible to estimate the real number of protesters.

To protest activists distribute leaflets that urge to play for the new requirements to the Ukrainian leader. The main demands put forward the following initiatives: to adopt a law on impeachment, declare early elections of the President and deputies of the Verkhovna Rada to legalize weapons and to break off diplomatic relations with Russia.
